He was born in 1951 in a pious and scholarly family in the famous city of Sindh "Sukhar".

You are the eyes and light of a scholarly family, your father Hazrat Maulana Mufti Abdul Hakeem Sukhravi Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) was the Fazil of Darul Uloom Deoband and the recipient of Madrasa Mazahir Uloom Saharanpur, your grandfather Hazrat Maulana Abdul Aziz Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) and his great-grandfather Hazrat Jan. Maulana Abdul Ghani Sahib, may Allah have mercy on him, was also a man of knowledge and grace, similarly, Nanhiyal was also excellent in knowledge and action. At the time of establishment of Pakistan, he migrated to "Sukhar" and his ancestral home is near Noorani Masjid in "Bagh-e Hayat Ali Shah", a famous locality of "Sukhar".
