• We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders for Read-to-Ship products within 1 – 2 working days. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock whilst showing as available on the website. In such circumstances we will e-mail or call you to arrange a refund or exchange.
• Shipping charges are calculated automatically according to the weight & dimensions of the items ordered.
• ilmStore.in is not liable for orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. In such cases, there will be an additional postage charge for re-delivery.
• A customer may cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, a refund cannot be offered until the goods have been returned undamaged. Original delivery costs or return costs are non-refundable in this case.
• Free shipping offers (when available) are for only orders being shipped to Indian pin codes.

Refund Policy

• If you receive a damaged item please advise us within seven days and send us images of the damage. We will either replace or refund the product.
• In case of change of mind, we accept return and issue refund on for some product categories (like frames). In such cases, there will be an additional postage charge return which have to paid by customer.
