- A customer may cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, a refund cannot be offered until the goods have been returned undamaged. Original delivery costs and return costs are non-refundable in this case.
- For some products which are made to order (like some wall frames and arts), cancellation will be accepted only until we starts preparing these orders.
- If you receive a damaged item please advise us within seven days and send us images of the damage. We will either replace or refund the product.
- In case of change of mind, we accept return and issue refund on for some product categories (like frames). In such cases, there will be an additional postage charge return which have to paid by customer.
